You can use 2Shakes completely to sign up 10 Agreements. Create engagement agreements, get authority paperwork completed and electronically signed. In short, make your client onboarding process incredibly fast, efficient, modern and secure.

And if you use Xero Practice Manager & Workflow Max you can upload client details at the click of a button quickly and efficiently.

You get access to use the optional PEP or Biometric Identity Verification checks, prices outlined above. Agreement renewals count towards your 10 uses.

Remember, if you move straight to Pay Monthly, we’ll even credit any remaining free Agreements over to your new plan.

With Pay Monthly, you get 5 included Agreements included every month in the $30 base monthly subscription.

Any unused Agreements at the end of the month carry over, so you can use them any time in the next 12 months so long as you are on the monthly subscription.

If you have used all your Agreements in a month (the included 5 and any carried over), additional Agreements are charged at $5 per Agreement.

You get access to use optional PEP or Biometric Identity Verification checks, see prices outlined above. You can choose to manually ID verify clients and record that in 2Shakes for free, though we think by the time you verify the ID, the address, and check the person on the PEP list, you’ll find biometric ID checks to be really good value. With Manual IDV, you can choose to do a PEP Check by itself for $2.50 per person.

You can also renew and update the original 2Shakes agreement and then resend the renewal to your client for signing. Renewals are not charged as usage on Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go plans.

When you first sign up on Pay Monthly, you pay the rest of the month on a pro rata basis. As a bonus, no matter when in the month you sign up, we’ll give you all 5 included Agreements for the month.

After that you pay for 2Shakes on the 1st of each month, with the monthly subscription billed for the coming month, along with any extras (additional usage, eIDVs, electronic PEP Checks) used during the previous month, and the ongoing client charges.

If you move to Pay Monthly before using all your 10 free Agreements, we’ll credit any remaining free Agreements over to your new plan for you.

With Pay As You Go you only pay for what you use – $20 per Agreement you create (at the point you send out for signing).

Like the other plans, you get access to use identity checks, such as:

• Biometric Identity Verification at $12.50 per check

• Politically Exposed Person and Sanctions (PEP) Check at $2.50 per check

If you are creating 2 or more Agreements each month you would get better value on the Pay Monthly plan.

Sure! You can change at any time to whatever plan best suits your needs.

Please note that on Pay Monthly, the rollover clients in your Bank are only available while yo are on the Pay Monthly plan - they do not transfer.

Yes, you can cancel at any time (though we’ll be sad to see you go!).

If you are selling your practice, contact us and we can help move the account to the new owner.

No, 2Shakes is cloud-based software, so you can access it from anywhere with internet access.

Not at all.

On Pay As You Go you only pay when you create Agreements, and can stop at any time.

On Pay Monthly your subscription is simply month to month, with no long-term commitments.

We use Stripe as our payment partner.

Payment for 2Shakes is by Credit or Debit Card, entered in the My Account page.

Please remember if you use any paid Add-ons during the 10Free period, you will be asked to enter your card. You will only be charged for those Add-ons.
