Dashboard
The dashboard is where you can see all the clients you have uploaded to 2Shakes
Instructions
When you log on to 2Shakes you will go to the Dashboard where you can find and return to any agreement you created in 2Shakes.
- Search Lets you search on text in the client’s name. You can specify a date range, a type or a status. 
- Sort by selecting the icon in the column header. 
- Select a client name to see more information. If you click on an agreement in the status of: - Draft it will take you back to the last page completed in the sign up process. 
- In progress or pending takes you to the Agreement management screen where you can see what information is captured and what is outstanding. You can revert this agreement to draft to change it and resend it for signing. 
- Complete you will see on the Agreement Management screen all ID requirements and signatures are done. You can renew this agreement. 
 
Tips & Tricks
The Dashboard screen allows you to filter, search and drill down into your clients:
Duplicates: If you renew or change a client there can be multiple entries. Filter and sort to see which is the most up to date Version
Outstanding: Use the Status to identify what needs further action.
Renewals: You can sort and filter your clients to identify which need to be renewed.
Deleting &Archiving:
- To hide an agreement select the Archive icon against it on the last column. To view archived agreements select the Include Archived check box. 
- To delete a draft from your Dashboard, just click the bin icon next to the Draft status. 
- To delete In Progress, click Revert to Draft from the Agreement Management page, then delete the draft. By reverting the client to draft first, you will not be charged for that use (excluding any electronic checks). Careful: Reverting to draft loses all progress beyond the Draft stage. - To delete Pending or Complete, select the Allow Delete filter in a Dashboard search. The Delete column will appear to right of the Dashboard.
