Notes & Files
The Notes & Files button shows throughout the platform and allows you to record any additional notes or upload files against clients. This can be used before, during and after the client signs up.
If you have record keeping obligations you can store and all decisions, findings, assessments or forms related to a client here to ensure an auditable trail of decisions, evidence and actions.
Troubleshooting
Like many web based applications, it is important that you operate 2Shakes in a single tab in your browser. If multiple tabs are detected when uploading files, you’ll be prompted to continue to the latest bundle opened or to return to the dashboard.
