Help Annual Review Report

Many AML/CTF program requires practices AML/CTF Compliance Officer (CO) to complete an annual review of our AML/CTF program using AUSTRACs Annual report to the governing body form with data from 2Shakes, see AMLStatistics. This report typically includes:

• The CO assessment if polices are fit for purpose or requiring review or enhancement. This determines overall risk exposure relative to the Practice Risk Assessment and confidence in our AML/CTF programs effectiveness.

• ‍All attachments referred to in the report, such as ML/TF risk assessment updates, updated policies or process documents, any independent evaluation reports, copies of AUSTRAC communications.
