AML Program Documentation
You can store your AML Program documentation in 2Shakes. Your AML Program, Risk Assessment, Polices, Processes, Training records, and any other AML information can be stored in 2Shakes’ secure cloud software, so you can make it accessible to anyone who needs it.
You can access the AML Program Documentation from the AML menu link in the top hand Navigation Bar.
Easily give access to AML documents to appropriate staff
Once uploaded all staff with 2Shakes access can view the documentation stored here.
Store obsolete versions
You can also store older version which should be stored for references in line with your AML Policies (generally for 7 years).
Share with your Evaluator
If you give 2Shakes acesss to an external evaluator they will also be able to view your AML documents through the cloud..
NB: Both Administrators and AML Officers can Add, Edit and Delete AML Documents. Users who are neither an Admin nor an AML Officer can view the documents only.
